ImpressionSPA strives to create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests. To ensure the highest standards of wellness and hospitality, we have established the following policies. By entering our facility, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

Information We Collect Through Our Website

ImpressionSPA collects certain personal information when you interact with our website, including when you fill out forms, book services, or otherwise engage with online features. This information may include:

1. Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

2. Booking Information: Appointment details, requested services, preferred dates/times.

3. Payment Details: Billing information and payment method (processed through a secure payment gateway; we do not store full credit card (details).

PUBLIC CONDUCT

Guest Behavior

All visitors are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. Any disorderly conduct, harassment, offensive language, discriminatory remarks, or inappropriate physical contact will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the actions and supervision of minors under 18 years of age. For the comfort of all guests, public displays of affection such as hugging, kissing, or sitting on laps are strictly prohibited. Guests found loitering or making others feel uncomfortable may be escorted out.

Personal Courtesy

Please be considerate of those around you by keeping conversations at a low volume, especially in quiet zones such as saunas, meditation rooms, and nap areas. Clean up after yourself and return any ImpressionSPA property, including towels, robes, and provided toiletries, to their designated areas. Reckless activities such as splashing, jumping in pools, or creating disturbances are not allowed. In nude-designated locker areas, maintain modesty and respect the privacy of others. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or intrusive will result in removal from the premises.

ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE POLICY

To ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all guests, the possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol is strictly prohibited within ImpressionSPA premises. Guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substances will be denied entry or immediately removed from the facility without refund. Bringing outside alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances onto the property is strictly forbidden. ImpressionSPA enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any violations of this rule, and offenders may be subject to permanent bans and/or legal action.

CELL PHONE & ELECTRONICS USE

For privacy and comfort, cell phone usage is prohibited in all locker rooms and nude zones. Video calls, photography, and speakerphone use are not allowed in any spa area. Devices should be on silent mode. Any guest found using devices in prohibited zones will be subject to removal.

FACILITY USE & DRESS CODE

For the comfort and safety of all guests, proper clothing must be worn at all times while on ImpressionSPA premises. Guests should dress in clean, modest, and appropriate attire suitable for a professional spa environment. Clothing or accessories that are overly revealing, offensive, or contain explicit language or imagery are not permitted. ImpressionSPA reserves the right to deny entry or request a guest to change clothing if their attire is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the spa atmosphere.

ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

ImpressionSPA reserves the right to limit access or close any part of the facility without prior notice for maintenance, private events, or safety reasons. Guests misusing or damaging spa property, including furniture, equipment, or communal items, will be held financially responsible for repairs or replacements.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Guests with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before using hot baths, saunas, or steam rooms. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. Please read and follow all posted warnings near pools and thermal areas.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or nicotine products are strictly prohibited anywhere on ImpressionSPA property, both indoors and outdoors. Guests found violating this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Reservations are required for spa treatments. Guests should arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may forfeit their appointment and incur a 30% cancellation fee. Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will be charged a 30% service fee.

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

Accepted forms of payment include cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Identification may be requested for card use. All sales, including admission fees, are final no refunds or re-entry is permitted. Guests are responsible for monitoring their on-site charges.

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings in assigned lockers. Lost or damaged locker keys will incur a $50 replacement fee. ImpressionSPA is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the facility or parking areas.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not allowed:

1. Firearms, explosives, or weapons of any kind

2. Hazardous chemicals or substances

3. Illegal drugs or controlled substances

4. Alcohol or outside food/beverages

5. Pets (service animals permitted)

HEALTH POLICY

ImpressionSPA reserves the right to refuse service to any guest with contagious illnesses, open wounds, or conditions deemed unsafe for the facility environment.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

ImpressionSPA reserves the right to update, modify, or implement new policies at any time without prior notice.
